Returns Policy

All sales are final, if you require assistance with sizing please see our size guide or get in contact via info@10-96.com and we’ll be happy to help you find the right size. If you do need to exchange sizing within 14 days, please ensure that the item has NOT been worn and is free from soiling, or damage.

If you require a refund within 14 days of purchase, items will be closely inspected to ensure they are completely unworn and unaltered for safety and hygiene purposes. In the event that this is not the case a refund will be refused.

Please note refunds/exchanges outside of 14 days cannot be processed.
